PlayPair Terms of Use & Community Rules
PlayPair has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
1. Agreement
You must accept these terms before creating an account, signing in, or using PlayPair. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Community conduct
You may not post, send, or promote content that is threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, illegal, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. You may not bully, stalk, impersonate, exploit, or abuse another person.
3. Safety enforcement
- PlayPair filters content that appears abusive or objectionable before it is posted.
- Users can report content or people from the safety menu in a chat.
- Users can block an abusive person. Blocking immediately removes that person’s messages, profile, and matches from the blocker’s app and sends a report to PlayPair.
- We may review reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate abusive users.
4. Meeting safely
Use good judgment when meeting another player. Meet in public recreational locations, tell someone your plans, and contact local emergency services if you are in immediate danger.
5. Contact
Report safety concerns through the app or email moonrover2020@gmail.com. We aim to review safety reports promptly.
